The exterior process involves sealing the foundation from the outside with a combination of excavation, waterproof membranes, and sealing products tailored to your home. Because every property is different, we use a site-specific combination of liquid and sheet membranes, drainage improvements, and protective coatings to create a barrier that stands up to New Zealand’s unique climate.
Interior Waterproofing
Often exterior waterproofing isn’t an option due to cost and accessibility issues and in these cases nterior waterproofing offers an effective alternative by sealing leaks from the inside. We use the the Hydrobond Waterproofing System from Caveman Coatings. In this process, we apply a multi-layer waterproofing system to concrete walls and floors, preventing water from seeping through. This non-invasive approach is perfect for basements where exterior access is limited, providing a durable, long-lasting barrier against moisture without the need for costly digging.
